This event is free and open to the public, and is the first official installment of Kessa's performance project featuring the complete works of Ravel that include piano. She will also collaborate again with Venezuelan native concert violinist, Laura Pereira del Rio, who has performed in Latin America's biggest halls, to present Ravel's Violin Sonata No. 2. They will be joined by the 1st Prize Winner of the 2019 Sidney Forrest Clarinet Competition, Michelle Hromin, to perform the debut of Dan Montez's "Red Sea Trio." Finally, Ms. Mefford will collaborate with Taconic Opera's resident soprano, Kristina Cook, in Ravel's famous "Shéhérazade." Don't miss this special performance! Get tickets here!
